Kiwi sport

L.I. to get fit and strong
This week for kiwi sport we were doing hit first we got to choose to put a heart monitor on or not and then we had to do some exerciser.So our teacher put on some music and then do some star jumps and then some squats then we had to get in a big circle and do squats to a song and then hold it and then do some stresses.
