Kiwi Sport


L.I.to test your strength
This week for Kiwi sport we have been doing hit we were testing our strength and heart rate.First our teacher put on some music and we were doing a boxing game we had to put one hand on the side on our head and use our other hand for touching there shoulder.If the person touched there shoulder they have to go into a push up position and the other partner has to hold there hands up and the other person has to high five them and then we had to get in to a partner.


Rotation 1:Our first rotation was the pull ups that is when there is chairs stacked up and then there is a wood pole in the middle of the chairs and then we had to put our feet flat on the floor and then pull up and down and then when the timer goes on we have to switch with our partner.


Rotation 2:Our second rotation was the mountain climbers we could lean on the stage and put our hands on the stage flat and do high knees or we could do the same thing on the floor but in a push up position.


Rotation 3:Our last rotation was doing push ups on the mat we had to cross our feet and go up and down well our partners encourage us or put there hand under neath us and count.
