This week for kiwi can we were talking about emotions by our actions.First thing we did was do exercise like star jumps and bridges we had to hold it for one minute at the end.Then we got in to a group of five and then each group got given a note that they had to act out but you couldn't talk the game was called emotion charades.

This week for writing we have been learning about persuasive.Persuasive means you are trying to get someone change there mind to what your mind thinks so we had to high light the answer and make a sentence below.

Duffy

Today there was a Duffy show it is about two kids one likes to read and the other one likes to play video games the one that likes reading is called Duffy and the other one that likes video games is named Sam.Duffy came to stay over and then try's to get Sam off the game then he puts on his gran-ma's glasses and starts doing a dance that his gran-ma tough him and then his cousin Sam said he wasn't allowed to touch the glasses and then he got sucked in the game and then his cousin and aunt had to try get him out.After the show was dun they asked a few questions at the end.

For kiwi can today our theme was Resilience and then we talked as a classes and then we got into four groups and planned what emotion we were going to do.After that we did silent emotion disco when we had to do a emotion but in a musical action.

This week for commenting I commented on Sulia she was doing a constellation with marshmallows and swerves and her constellation was Leo and she did a good job on copying it ,it looks the same

L.I.to test your strength
This week for Kiwi sport we have been doing hit we were testing our strength and heart rate.First our teacher put on some music and we were doing a boxing game we had to put one hand on the side on our head and use our other hand for touching there shoulder.If the person touched there shoulder they have to go into a push up position and the other partner has to hold there hands up and the other person has to high five them and then we had to get in to a partner.


Rotation 1:Our first rotation was the pull ups that is when there is chairs stacked up and then there is a wood pole in the middle of the chairs and then we had to put our feet flat on the floor and then pull up and down and then when the timer goes on we have to switch with our partner.


Rotation 2:Our second rotation was the mountain climbers we could lean on the stage and put our hands on the stage flat and do high knees or we could do the same thing on the floor but in a push up position.


Rotation 3:Our last rotation was doing push ups on the mat we had to cross our feet and go up and down well our partners encourage us or put there hand under neath us and count.

this week for math's we have been learning about what is fractions first we had to explain what a fraction is and then explain what the numerator and denominator is.Then write the fractions to one half to one twenth by drawing our own fractions.

This week I finished off my ssr selfie. I was reading the book for 15 minutes. The book that I picked was Discover big cats.it tells you about where they live and what they do and where they live and what they eat.

Today at kiwi can we played some games we played go home stay home and octopus we got to choose what we want to play we were learning about honesty, integrity,reliability and responsibility and then at the end LS 1 won this term and got lollies and some prises.

This week for reading we have been doing constellation we had to choose what star we are doing and then count how many materials we need to build the stars.For our materials we used marshmallows and bamboo spewers and then try to copy it the star.
