L.I. - To develop body movement of balance,rotation and strengths
Rotation 1:My first rotation was the front support that is when we try not to fall out of balance and strain our muscles.Then I tried to walk up the wall by holding the rail on the floor.Next I did a rail swing you have to hold on tight to the pole and swing back and forwards and land on the mat.After that I did something on the floor to exercise my arms and then there was two stairs and a mat and I had to swing on it.
Rotation 2:My second rotation was the beam we had to lean on the beam and then use our legs to get up and walk with our arms out and then kick up as you walk and then when you get to the middle you kick back as you walk and then jump off.Then I walked on the stage and did a cart wheel on a blue thin mat then I jumped off the stage well I did a three sixty and landed on a mat.After that I rolled on a short beam and did the bunny hop on the small beam.
Rotation 3:My last rotation was a hop on a bouncy thing and landed on a mat and then run and jump and do a flip on to a huge mat.Then I did a back role on a shape and then did a cart wheel and then did it again.
